SHIPPING POLICY – Auveya Skin

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United States and internationally (Worldwide).

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all our packages:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers.
  • Transit Time:
    • United States: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
    • Worldwide / International: 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time:
    • United States: 6 to 9 business days.
    • Worldwide: 7 to 11 business days.

Placing an Order

Ordering from Auveya Skin is simple:

  2. Click the black “Add to Cart” button.
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  4. Enter your complete shipping address and contact details.
  5. Click “Continue to Shipping” to confirm your details.
  6. Click “Continue to Payment”.

Shipping & Tracking Your Order

To maintain affordable pricing and lower our footprint, we consolidate orders and ship them efficiently through our international logistics partners.

  • Delivery Partners: International shipments are transported via logistics partners (such as YunExpress) and handed over to local postal services or domestic carriers (such as USPS, bpost, PostNL, etc.) for final delivery.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking link to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please Note: Due to global logistics demand or local customs clearance, shipping times may occasionally vary slightly. Import taxes or duty fees (if applicable in your destination country) are the responsibility of the recipient.
