This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all our packages:

Order Cut-Off Time: 11:59 PM (CET) Central European Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery time.
Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through one of our trusted carriers.
Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days.

Placing an Order

Ordering from Auveya Skin is simple. Go to the product page and add the desired product to your cart using the black “Add to Cart” button. Make sure you have selected the correct variant.

Once everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

On the information page, enter your complete and correct address details. After confirming that all information is accurate, click “Continue to Shipping”.

On the shipping page, you can review your address details once again. You will also see that all orders are shipped completely free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover all shipping and delivery costs. Then click “Continue to Payment”.

At AuveyaSkin.nl, you can securely pay using several payment methods. All payments are SSL-encrypted, ensuring that you always checkout in a secure payment environment.

To keep our products affordable, we consolidate orders and ship them together once the minimum shipping quantity has been reached. We appreciate your understanding and support toward a more sustainable and healthier world.

In most cases, your package is transported internationally by our logistics partner YunExpress and then delivered within the Netherlands by PostNL and within Belgium by bpost. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link that allows you to easily track your package.

Please note: Due to current demand, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer than usual. We do our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible.
